Hemmerling Elementary School is excited to present "Lights, Camera, Dance!" for our GIRLS and their VIP (Dad, Uncle, Grandpa, Brother, etc) on Friday, March 28th from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Tickets will be sold at the door for $10 per student/VIP (includes photo). Food will be available for purchase and Our "Superhero Dance" for our BOYS and their superhero (Mom, Grandma, Aunt, Sister, etc) on Friday, April 4th from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Limit one adult guest per student*

Wilson St., Banning, CA 92220). We’ll be discussing LCAP funding and encourage all families to attend. Your voice matters in shaping student success!

Reminder: We have minimum day today, Thursday 3/20/25 and tomorrow Friday 3/21/45. School is out at 1:45. Please make arrangements to pick up your child as soon as possible.

🎉🏆 Awards Assembly Reminder! 🏆🎉 We’re excited to celebrate our amazing students at the Hemmerling Trimester 2 Awards Assembly! 📅 Dates & ⏰ Time: Monday, March 24, 9:30 AM- 2nd Grade & 10:15 AM- 3rd Grade Wednesday, March 26, 9:30 AM- 1st Grade & 10:15 AM- Kindergarten Thursday, March 27, 9:30 AM- 4th Grade & 10:15 AM- 5th Grade 📍 Location: Hemmerling MPR 🎓✨ To help everything run smoothly, please keep these reminders in mind: ⏳ Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for check-in, as we expect several parents. 🆔 Please bring a valid ID for quick entry. ✅ Two lines: 🔹 Entry Line – For parents who have already checked in and received their visitor sticker. 🔹 Check-in Line – For parents who still need to sign in. ✅ Students will be seated by 9:15 AM. Parents will be released to the MPR around 9:20 AM. ✅ Awards begin promptly at 9:30 AM. Late arrivals may not be checked in on time. 🚫 No balloons allowed. 📢 Early Check-Out Policy: If you plan to check out your child after the awards, please wait until the ceremony has ended. Check out must be done through the office. Please wait for your student to be called up. Any student checked out early will receive a "Left Early" mark, which is unexcused. 🎊 Let’s cheer on our Mustangs and make this a special day for our students! HEMMERLING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL readers need to make sure to spend their RAT Bucks in the prize store. Any RAT Bucks not spent within 10 days after our Read-A-Thon ends will no longer be available.
